The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Bertha Janzen can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: There were always many miles between us, but I always enjoyed my visits with Uncle Eldon and Auntie Bertha. They had a strong, deep devotion to the Lord, and a deep and abiding love for their kids. Every time we visited we got a family update, complete with stories and pictures. I remember being inspired by Auntie Bertha's sewing and crafting, after seeing the latest thing she was sewing for my cousins. She had a gentle manner, and a sweet smile, and she will definitely be missed!
