Obituary for Joshua Im Kim

Joshua Im Kim
Joshua Im Kim of Medicine Hat, passed away tragically on Friday, February 17th, 2017 at the age of 9 years. Joshua leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Jiyoung Kim (AJ) and Jayoung Im (Jodee); and his sister, Joy Min-ah Kim. He was predeceased by his great grandparents. Joshua was born on December 13th, 2007 and was diagnosed with Lesch-nyhan syndrome. He was a kindhearted, always forgiving boy whose contagious laugh, giggle and smile could warm everyone’s heart. He had the best smile ever in the world. Joshua was fighting his own struggles and always had a warm spirit. He loved big trucks and machines and would throw his arms up in excitement. Joshua would turn his head while in his wheelchair so he could always see his dear sister, Joy. As his life mattered to so many, his passing brings so much sorrow. The reality of his peace and freedom now lies in Joshua’s own belief in Jesus. Joshua was an angel. He will now be playing freely, Joshua’s passing brings so much pain and sorrow to our hearts. He will be forever missed. Thank you for being our son, Joshua.
