The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Noel Assailly can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Our hearts go out to Noel's family. I work with Connie and have met him a couple of times. He was a very nice man and I know Connie absolutely adored him. I know he will be greatly missed by everyone who has had the pleasure of having him touch their lives and heart. May he rest in peace.

Condolence From: Greg and Jeannie Labine
Condolence: We lived across the street from Noel for 12 years and couldn't ask for a better neighbor, he was always there with a wave and a chat. He always surprised us in the winter by doing our sidewalks and it was so appreciated. Greg and him would always have great chats as they were getting their trailers ready for camping in the spring. He was a wonderful person and we will truly miss him. To his family we are so sorry for your loss. Rest in peace Noel.
