It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our loving father, Howard Emmerson Gould, on Sunday, September 25th, 2016 at the age of 82 in Ottawa, Ontario. Howard was born in Amherst, Nova Scotia. He served 29 years with the RCAF in Canada and abroad and then 13 years with the RCMP. Howard was predeceased by his loving wife, Patricia; parents, Harold and Freda Gould; stepmother, Alice; brothers, George and Vaughn; and sisters, Reta, Elsie, and Hilda; and daughter, Brenda Gould. He will be dearly missed by his daughters, Susan (Casey) Boutkan of Medicine Hat and Patricia Gould of Rockland, Ontario; grandchildren, Brian (Leslie) Boutkan, Bradley Boutkan and Brittany Gould; brother, Murray (Hazel) Gould; sisters, Rose (Dana) Cosman and Vera (Carroll) McInnis; and fondly remembered by many in-laws, nieces and nephews. Howard will be remembered for his amazing stories, his attention to detail, his love for his family and his passion for golf.
