Vaughn Gould Jr.

Today we say farwell to a husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle to many.As many of you today sadly remember Howard or Howie to many who knew him as a great man to his family and friends. l would like to do something that my Uncle Howard as l called him who gave a speech at all the funerals of the family members in rememberance at this time a speech for him. Uncle Howard as l fondly can say from a early age seen the love and passion he had for his wife Pat and his 3 daughters as well as his grandchildren in the later years. Many could see the glow in his eyes as well as smile that would light up a room from the words of joy speaking of them all.He truly cared alot of all his family with the kind words as well as speeches we shall never forget. My fondness memories shall treasure the stories he shared as well as the handshakes and hugs l received over the years that only he could give at that time of need. His words seem to flow smoothly that you felt them deeply in your soul. The joy he brought to all shall never be forgot and his kindness seem to spread to all that knew him.May we all learn from great people like him so we can keep his passion for life ,his stories of the past when he was growing up as well as when he served in Arm Forces and R.M.C.P that kept us safe.l shall never forget you Uncle Howard as you gave me answers of our family history where my other aunts and uncle who had passed left off.For that l shall never forget and hope the ones you left behind like myself share the knowledge to keep the family close as you did with all of us.In closing l would like to say my heart goes out to his 2 daughters, their families at this time of lost as well as his last 2 sisters and brother who will miss your present.Your time and work is complete on earth so go see the ones you missed they been waiting for you as your sprirt will always be in the hearts of us you passed the gifts of true life to. Thank You for all from Vaughn Jr. aka "Sonny's Boy "
